Composition:Aged for at least 36 months in our cellars.

Blend : 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay

Dosage : 7 gr/l

Villages : Mailly-Champagne, Verzy, Verzenay, Mesnil sur Oger

Visually : the wine is clear and brilliant. The mousse is fine and
delicate, forming a steady stream of bubbles. A sandy yellow
colour with hints of straw.

Nose : the bouquet is rich in flowers and fruit. It is dominated by
white fruits with distinguishing notes of tangy citrus fruit. The potent, elegant nose reveals an exceptional champagne.

Mouth: a distinct immediate mouthfeel. Its freshness resembles the minerality of great Chardonnays. Its perfect poise gives a creamy taste followed by a beautiful balanced sensation. As with its bouquet, enjoy the youthful aromatic vibrancy of this champagne. The persistency of its flavour bears witness to the fact that this really is a Grand Cru.
