Pommery Grand Cru 2000 Vintage Champagne is a fine warm gold colour with green highlights. The nose has a few lively notes enhanced by the rich notes of the vintage. The mouth feel is fresh at first leading to a sense of great subtlety and finally culminating in a creamy, fleshy texture. 50% Chardonnay, 50% Pinot Noir.
