Champagne AYALA has always been a small, independent and family-run business. In 2005 the Bollinger family bought this fine estate, with the intention of restoring it to its former glory. This was the start of a resurgence for Champagne AYALA, with complete restoration of wine making facilities and the arrival of new staff yet still keeping the small, family spirit of its origins.

Ayala Champagne's Rosé Majeur is an unusual blend of 51% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir, 10% Pinot Meunier and 9% still red wine from Mareuil-sur-Aÿ.

This wine reveals a seductive bouquet of red fruits strawberries, raspberries, a hint of cassis which is enhanced by the freshness and the finesse delivered by the high proportion of Chardonnay.
