Prosecco

The Prosecco or Glera grape is the main ingredient for making the Italian white wine that has become the ultimate must have guest at any party! With its light and refreshing characteristics it is easy to see how Prosecco has become so popular.  Prosecco is a lightly effervescent drink due to the production method used to make it. Prosecco is made using the Charmont Method and this differs to the way traditional Champagne is made by using large, pressurised tanks.  This magical process perfectly extracts the grapes’ delightful flavours creating the refreshing and fruity Italian drink.  We have the perfect Prosseco and fine Prosecco at Sparkle and Pop.
