Blanc de Noirs is the French phrase that translates as “white wine from red grapes” and is a style of champagne entirely produced from two varieties of black grapes; Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. White wine is made out of red grapes by quickly removing the skin from the juice after the grapes have been pressed. This technical process prevents a high quantity of colouring from the dark skin being transferred to the wine. Blanc de Noirs is deeply golden in colour and has a deep and intense flavour.
